hi everyone welcome back to another workout challenge for you this time I'm back with another arm workout challenge because a lot of you love seeing my previous arm workout challenge so here I'm measuring my arm before I start this workout I measure both sides of my arms and

also both parts where I measure my upper arms area and also on the biceps area this arm workout that I'm doing from April Hahn is only eight minutes short and it's very doable for everyone I would say that this is more of a strengthening and toning arm workout

so I did some other exercise too like cardio because I'm afraid that doing this workout alone will then give me the result that I want because my arm fats are so freaking hard to lose while building strength we'll get those arms more defined cardio is still kicking when

it comes to shutting the fat that's causing your arms to wiggle researchers found that those who stuck to a cardio program lost twice the weight of those who did strength training alone so if you're ready to make your upper arm fat turn into toned and tight muscle make

sure you're making time for cardio – I know that some people are struggling to do cardio these days since some people aren't able to go jogging or biking due to the copy 19 but there are lots of alternatives of cardio that you can do at home such as

jam ropes dancing if you enjoy dancing or you can just like me I will just you know follow a cardio workout on YouTube there are a bunch of videos that you can workout at home easily let's be honest we all know we shouldn't make a big deal of

such things all body types are beautiful after all but there is still a moment's hesitation we all women faces when it comes to wearing a cute top or sleeveless dress if there's one word to describe arm fat it will have to be stubborn and no matter how much

you control your diet or cut back on dessert arm fat still seems to stay irritating I know but before figuring out a way to reduce flabby arm muscles it's important to know what leads to the accumulation of arms fat you are definitely not the only one facing this

problem know that you're not alone arm fat is just one of those things caused by the onset of aging as you grow older your metabolic rate decreases and if you aren't following a physically active lifestyle the excess fat could get start in your arms while there is no

definite conclusion yet some studies conducted have found that low levels of testosterone can trigger the storage of excess fat in the upper arm region as women get older the levels of testosterone in their bodies decrease making it harder for them to lose flabby arms the easy answer to

how to lose arm fat is to get rid of excess fat on your body the biggest issue most people face in terms of the appearance of their arms isn't a lack of muscle definition it is excess fat so if you want to learn how to lose arm fat

without gaining muscle the answer lies within losing overall body fat which means that your eating is also a crucial part for fixing the arm fat problem as the amount you are exercising everyone knows things with a high sugar content like sodas cakes and pastries are bad for health

and sugar on its own is not bad at all actually but in order to lose flabby arms one has to cut down food with excessive sugar content so in order to reduce arm fat you can make changes to your daily diet to cut back on added sugar so

for example I will reduce the amount of sugar that I add to my own coffee or tea and instead of buying canned or bottled juices you can make your own fresh fruit juice at home and also instead of like buying sugar loaded breakfast cereals you can try porridge

of oats and add some fresh fruit for a dash of sweetness if you're trying to lose flabby arms it will help to include more protein in your diet protein rich foods will help you build more muscle and muscles can boost your metabolism thus helping you burn more calories

don't worry guys I've tried this workout and this workout is not those type of like hardcore arm workout that will make your own very bulky so I will recommend people to include more protein in their diet because protein can help you feel fuller for a longer time making

it easier not to crave like sugars and snacks between your meals remember the aim is to just up the intake of protein not limiting your entire diet to just protein itself you can include more lean meats beans nuts seeds seafood and also vegetables to lose those flabby arms

another tip from me is to drink lots of water because drinking water is the key for weight loss it contains zero calories it can boost your metabolism it's the body in efficient removal of waste and can also reduce your appetite you can drink a big glass of water

prior to your meals and you may just find yourself like more satisfied and also eating less and you need to be sure to cut out your soda juices and also alcohol you don't want those empty calories that will make losing weight any easier I did this workout for

30 days straight without even skipping a day because it's that easy compared to other workout it wasn't like super easy or super hard of course there are some movements that makes my arm feel sore while doing it like the chest fly variation and also the backwards pause my

arms doesn't feel sore the next day or anything so I guess this arm workout is not gonna make your arms very bulky I used to do push-ups and lift dumbbells a lot in the past and doing those make my arm sore and my Ries hurt a lot so

I really like this workout because I don't need any treatments at all this workout did make my arm smart tone and also my body tend to gain fat on my upper body rather than my lower body so everyone's result is going to be different I hope you guys
